How do I cancel my free trial or subscription?

But if you must, here’s how to cancel your subscription:

Web Users : 

1. Sign into the Parent Portal

2. Click Cancel
   
   

If your free trial has ended, cancel your subscription on your Parent Portal by clicking Auto-Renew OFF. Your account will be automatically canceled at the end of the subscription period and you won’t be charged again. This needs to be done if you are a web user or an android user (not signed up through your Google Play Store Account).

Apple Users : If you registered through the iOS app on an iPhone/iPad, your subscription is held by Apple. You'll need to cancel your Apple subscription by following these steps. If you have any questions, just email [e-mail] and we’ll help further!
